Levi’s practice is grounded in rigorous legal analysis, persuasive advocacy, and strategic problem-solving. In addition to his time as a law clerk, Levi has represented clients in every federal division in West Virginia and 26 of 55 West Virginia counties, providing broad courtroom experience and practical familiarity with courts and communities throughout the state.

Levi earned his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law, where he led the moot court team and was awarded the inaugural student fellowship from the Center for Consumer Law and Education. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Arizona.
