She has experience in a broad range of practice areas, including product liability, toxic exposure, personal injury, deliberate intent, employment law and state and federal constitutional claims. Kayla also represents employers in administrative proceedings and helps clients devise policies and procedures for avoiding future disputes.
A West Virginia native, Kayla graduated Order of the Coif from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she won the 2017 Lugar Trial Association Invitational Competition and was an Executive Member of the Moot Court Board. She earned her undergraduate degree from West Liberty University, where she majored in Broadcast Communications.
