A natural problem solver, Emily understands the value of swift conflict resolution and steadfast advocacy. Emily has experience across a broad range of practice areas, including complex litigation, medical malpractice, products liability, deliberate intent, insurance defense, personal injury and asbestos mass litigation.


Though Emily is a Virginia native, she is a proud West Virginian by choice. Emily graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she won the 2019 Baker Cup Oral Advocacy Competition and was an Executive Officer for the Lugar Trial Association. Emily was also a member of the United States Supreme Court and General Litigation Clinics where she advocated for indigent criminal defendants and victims of domestic violence. Prior to law school, Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Randolph-Macon College, where she majored in English and History.
